About The Night Ali Died
Ali is wanted dead by a London gangster and is placed under police surveillance for his protection, yet for some reason, on one night, Ali decides to sneak out into the night and leave his family behind, sparking a bloody domino effect that ricochets through the sleepy streets of his rural city. Through the brutal accounts of Ali, a henchman, a detective and a mob boss, find out what on earth happened on the night Ali died. The Night Ali Died premiered at Prague Fringe 2025 and won three awards in its first ever run including a vote as audience favourite. Described as "like watching a Tarantino film onstage" by Theatreandartsreviews.com, its cinematic style and bold and punchy soundtrack took over the Prague festival with an electric buzz. ★★★★★ "A GRIPPING CRIME THRILLER THAT UNFOLDS WITH CINEMATIC PRECISION" Colchester Gazette ★★★★★ "LIKE WATCHING A TV CRIME DRAMA CONDENSED INTO ONE HOUR" Broadway Baby
