Holy Shift is a comedic, time-travelling dive back into the gloriously chaotic 90s, following a mum who suddenly finds herself raising a teenager whose idea of rebellion is... becoming a saint. Sin, she gets. Skipping school, sneaking out, questionable fashion choices-she's been there, done that, still owns the mixtapes. But a holy uprising? This, she did not see coming. Desperate to decode her daughter's devotion, she cracks open her old teenage diary stuffed with heartbreak, hope, and the kind of melodrama only the 90s could produce, while blasting out the Madonna anthems that once saved her teenage soul - preaching empowerment, reinvention, and the sacred art of surviving adolescence with her eyeliner intact. Through the music, memories, and a few emotional meltdowns, she begins to see her own youth more clearly than ever. And maybe starts to understand her daughter, too.
