Fringe Academy: Equity 101

The Brighton & Sussex branch of Equity is the local voice of your union. Chaired by local actor Carole Bremson, we are a vibrant community of professional performers and creative workers across theatre, film, television, radio, variety, and more. As part of the UK’s trade union for the performing arts and entertainment industry, we represent, support, and advocate for our members throughout Sussex. We host regular monthly meetings, events, workshops, and campaigns to strengthen our industry, promote fair working conditions, and build a supportive network for local talent.
